No, they do not. We use organic unrefined cane sugar and low sodium lake salt, and No 5 Whites are used in any of our dishes (No white sugar, white salt, MSG, animal fats or dairy)

When is the expiry date?

Up to 1 year before opening. Keep 3 months in refrigerator after opening.

Frozen Dishes
Up to 1 year in the freezer. Keep for about 1 week in refrigerator.

Can I eat the dishes if I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure?
