Teochew Kuang Chiang (Frozen / 4 rolls)

Kuang Chiang is one of the most well-known traditional Teochew delicacies.
The beancurd skin is wrapped around local taro (no cornstarch), jicama slices, shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fried peanut chunks. It is perfectly seasoned with a balance of savoury with a delightful umami finishing. Pinxin’s Teochew Kuang Chiang is also all 100% handmade.
Before you fry the Kuang Chiang, you can steam it on fresh banana leaves until it is cooked to add extra fragrance to it.

Best matched with our house-made sweet & spicy chilli!
