In 2013, Mdm. Audrey started cooking plant-based versions of Penang's most beloved dishes from her kitchen in Georgetown. What began as a passion for feeding her own children healthy, delicious food grew into Pinxin Vegan Cuisine — now one of Malaysia's most trusted vegan food brands.

Every recipe has been perfected over 13 years. Every sauce is slow-cooked for 3-4 hours. Every dish uses premium hericium mushroom — not mock meat, not soy protein isolate. We believe real food doesn't need to pretend to be something it's not.
