Packages will be shipped through Best Express. Tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address or phone number once shipment has been fulfilled.

For Frozen Food
Please note that currently we are only able to ship our Frozen Food to Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor Bahru. Other states are not within our coverage yet. Packages will be shipped through Coldxpress Frozen Truck. However, there is no tracking number for Frozen Food at the moment.

No, unfortunately at the moment we only ship within Malaysia.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes we do for items that are delivered via Best Express. For those that are delivered by our own team, we normally do an update via email, messenger or phone.
Frozen Food Packages will be shipped through Coldxpress Frozen Truck. However, there is no tracking number for Frozen Food at the moment.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Any Frozen Food purchases will be sent separately.
We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.
Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders. Pinxin Vegan, cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing Pinxin Vegan with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. Pinxin Vegan does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
Pinxin Vegan accepts refund/exchanges only in the case of a faulty product or spoilt food that is not received in a good condition. We will be available to contact via our email at email@example.com or here.
