Yes, we are able to provide tracking information on all orders if you contact our team. We normally do an update via email, Facebook messenger or phone.
Alternatively, you may use third party tracking websites such as https://easyparcel.com to insert your tracking number for peace of mind.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages as we have a maximum load per parcel we must abide by.
Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders. Pinxin Vegan, cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing Pinxin Vegan with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. Pinxin Vegan does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
