HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages will be shipped through Pos Malaysia. Tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address or phone number once shipment has been fulfilled.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, unfortunately at the moment we only ship within Malaysia.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
West Malaysia: 
4-7 Business Days

East Malaysia
6-8 Business Days

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

The shipping fee is calculated by the total purchase of your parcel and by you delivery location. We ship our items via Pos Laju.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes we do for items that are delivered via Pos Laju. For those that are delivered by our own team, we normally do an update via Whatsapp. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders. Pinxin Vegan, cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing Pinxin Vegan with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. Pinxin Vegan does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

Pinxin Vegan accepts refund/exchanges only in the case of a faulty product or spoilt food that is not received in a good condition. We will be available to contact via our email at pinxinvegan@gmail.com or here.
