Green Curry Fried Rice

Wok-fried rice tossed with green curry sauce and Thai basil — restaurant-quality at home.

What You Need

  • 1x Pinxin Green Curry Hericium
  • 2 cups day-old rice
  • Thai basil leaves
  • Lime wedge, chilli flakes

How to Make It

  1. Heat Green Curry Hericium (microwave 5 min or boil 15 min).
  2. Heat wok with a little oil. Add day-old rice, stir-fry 2 min.
  3. Pour green curry over rice in the wok. Toss to coat.
  4. Add Thai basil, squeeze lime. Serve immediately.
