What You Need
- 1x Pinxin Black Vinegar Hericium
- Fresh flat rice noodles (hor fun) or egg noodles
- Sesame oil, white pepper
- Fried garlic, coriander
How to Make It
- Cook noodles. Drain and toss with a drop of sesame oil.
- Heat Black Vinegar Hericium (boil 15 min).
- Pour over noodles. Sprinkle white pepper.
- Garnish with fried garlic and fresh coriander.
