 Cooking Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • RadishĀ (500 g)
  • Chilli Padi (1 piece)
  • Cinnamon StickĀ (1 stick)
  • Bay Leaves (3 pieces)
  • Star AniseĀ (2Ā pieces)
  • Dark Soy SauceĀ (1 tbsp)
  • Vegan Oyster SauceĀ (1 tbsp)
  • WaterĀ (300 ml)

Instruction:

Wash the radish, peel and cut into pieces, mince the chilli padi.

Ā 

Heat oil in a pan, sautƩ the chilli padi.

Ā 

Pour in the radish, add dark soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, water and spices.

Ā 

Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour, in between stir fry to evenly taste.

Ā 

Dish out and the delicious braised radish is ready to eat!
