What You Need

  • 1x Pinxin Vegan Bak Kut Teh
  • Mee sua (wheat vermicelli)
  • You tiao (fried dough sticks)
  • Lettuce, white pepper

How to Make It

  1. Heat Bak Kut Teh in boiling water for 15 min.
  2. Cook mee sua in a separate pot (2 min only — it cooks fast).
  3. Pour Bak Kut Teh into a deep bowl. Add mee sua.
  4. Dip you tiao into the broth. Add white pepper to taste.
