What You Need
- 1x Pinxin Green Curry Hericium
- 2 cups day-old rice
- Thai basil leaves
- Lime wedge, chilli flakes
How to Make It
- Heat Green Curry Hericium (microwave 5 min or boil 15 min).
- Heat wok with a little oil. Add day-old rice, stir-fry 2 min.
- Pour green curry over rice in the wok. Toss to coat.
- Add Thai basil, squeeze lime. Serve immediately.
