How do I order?如何下单？

Choose your combo (Buy 6 Free 6, Buy 10 Free 10, or Buy 16 Free 16), pick your dishes from our 50+ menu, and checkout. Payment via FPX, credit card, or bank transfer.
选择你的配套（买6送6、买10送10或买16送16），从50+菜单中挑选菜品，然后结账。支持FPX、信用卡或银行转账付款。
How long does delivery take?配送需要多长时间？

Orders placed before 2 PM MYT dispatch the day after tomorrow (two calendar days after ordering). Orders placed at or after 2 PM MYT dispatch one day later (three calendar days after ordering). This applies every day, including weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, delivery is on the same day in Selangor / Klang Valley, or the following day in other serviceable Malaysian states. All deliveries are cold-chain (frozen).
马来西亚时间下午2点前下单，后天发货（下单两天后）；下午2点或之后下单，顺延一天发货（下单三天后）。周末及公共假期同样适用。雪兰莪／巴生谷于发货当天送达；马来西亚其他可配送州属于发货隔天送达。所有配送均为冷链（冷冻）。
Is there free shipping?有免运费吗？

Yes! All combos (A, B and C) include West Malaysia delivery. Other frozen orders ship free from RM250 (West Malaysia); below that, delivery is RM20.
有！所有配套（A、B、C）都已含西马运费。其他冷冻订单满RM250免运费（西马），未满收RM20运费。
Do you deliver to East Malaysia?你们送东马吗？

We deliver to serviceable areas in Sabah and Sarawak via cold-chain courier. Orders placed before 2 PM MYT dispatch the day after tomorrow (two calendar days after ordering). Orders placed at or after 2 PM MYT dispatch one day later (three calendar days after ordering). This applies every day, including weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, delivery is the next day.
我们通过冷链快递配送至沙巴和砂拉越的可配送地区。马来西亚时间下午2点前下单，后天发货（下单两天后）；下午2点或之后下单，顺延一天发货（下单三天后）。周末及公共假期同样适用。发货隔天送达。

Does it contain MSG or preservatives?含味精或防腐剂吗？

No. We follow the "No 5 Whites" rule: no white sugar (we use Peru organic cane sugar), no white salt (Australian low-sodium lake salt), no MSG, no dairy, no white flour. Zero preservatives — our flash-freeze technology at -40°C preserves freshness naturally.

Yes! 100% vegan. No five pungent roots (garlic, onion, leek, chives, shallots), no eggs, no dairy. Suitable for Buddhist vegetarians and all plant-based diets.

What is hericium mushroom? Is it mock meat?什么是猴头菇？是素肉吗？

Hericium (lion's mane mushroom) is a premium real mushroom — NOT mock meat or soy protein isolate. It has a naturally meaty, chewy texture and is a superfood that supports immunity and gut health.

How long can I store it?可以保存多久？

10+ months in your freezer. Once thawed, consume within 24 hours. No preservatives — keep frozen until ready to eat.
冰箱冷冻保存10个月以上。解冻后请在24小时内食用。无防腐剂——食用前请保持冷冻。
Is it halal?是清真的吗？

Pinxin is not JAKIM Halal certified, but all products are 100% vegan, no alcohol, allium-free, made in a dedicated vegan kitchen with no cross-contamination.
品馨虽未获JAKIM清真认证，但所有产品100%纯素、无酒精、无五辛，在专用素食厨房制作，无交叉污染。

How do I cook it?怎么煮？

3 ways to heat our foil bowls:
🔥 Microwave: remove the foil lid completely, then microwave it in the bowl
🍳 Stove: heat the bowl directly on the stove
♨️ Steam: defrost, then steam 15-20 min

Each pack serves 1-2 people. Perfect as a main dish with rice, or as a side dish for larger gatherings.
