What You Need
- 3 tbsp Pinxin Penang Asam Laksa Paste
- Pinxin Brown Rice Laksa Noodles (2 servings)
- 500ml water
- Mint, pineapple, onion, torch ginger flower
How to Make It
- Boil 500ml water. Add 3 tbsp laksa paste, stir well.
- Cook laksa noodles separately (3-4 min). Drain.
- Pour laksa broth over noodles.
- Top with shredded mint, pineapple chunks, sliced onion, torch ginger.
