  • Our recipes do not contain garlic, onion, nor animal products. 

 Cooking Ingredients


  • Radish (500 g)
  • Chilli Padi (1 piece)
  • Cinnamon Stick (1 stick)
  • Bay Leaves (3 pieces)
  • Star Anise (2 pieces)
  • Dark Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Vegan Oyster Sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Water (300 ml)




Wash the radish, peel and cut into pieces, mince the chilli padi.


Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chilli padi.


Pour in the radish, add dark soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, water and spices.


Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour, in between stir fry to evenly taste.


Dish out and the delicious braised radish is ready to eat!
