If you want to keep it raw, use a dehydrator like me. Or feel free to bake this in your oven if you’re not strictly raw vegan. Actually everything here is raw except for the Mala chilli sauce. INGREDIENTS: ~ cauliflower, cut into 1-inch thick slices ~ @pinxinvegan Mala chilli sauce ~ @greenpatchmalaysia microgreens - sunflower & beetroot ~ fresh red chilli, sliced ~ coral lettuce from @thevegetable.co METHOD: With gloved hands, rub mala chilli sauce all over cauliflower slices until evenly coated. Place on non-stick sheet and dehydrate in @excaliburdehydrator at 45 degrees Celsius for 5 hours, or until desired texture. Garnish with microgreens and sliced chilli. Serve with coral lettuce.
