Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most areas on Penang Island. These are our delivery zones:

Zone 1
Georgetown, Jelutong, Ayer Itam
Zone 2
Pulau Tikus,Tanjung Bungah, Tanjung Tokong
Zone 3
Gelugor, Bayan Baru, Bayan Lepas, Sg Ara

Please ensure your delivery address on your order form is correct. 

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

We deliver between 11:30am and 1:00pm daily. Please allow us extra time should there be traffic or bad weather. You can contact us at +604 261 0043 for a delivery update. 

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery on every order.

Ordering Your Food

Do I have to order in advance?

Yes, we require orders to be made by 8:00pm the day before your delivery date.

Can I place an order of more than 10 pax? 

Yes, definitely! We encourage more people to order together. Our order form allows you to order up to 10 pax only. If you have more than a 10 pax order, please contact us directly at +604 261 0043 or sales.pinxinvegan@gmail.com

Can I place a Corporate Order?

Yes, absolutely! The more the merrier. For any Corporate Orders, please contact us directly at +604 261 0043 or sales.pinxinvegan@gmail.com for a price quote. We have special corporate rates and benefits! 

How do I change or cancel an order?

Contact us by email at sales.pinxinvegan@gmail.com or by phone +604 261 0043 by 9pm on the day before your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot make amendments to your orders after that. 

Can I view my order online?

A copy of your order confirmation and receipt will be sent to you via email upon completed payment.

 

 

Our Food and Packaging

Where are your meals prepared?

Our meals are freshly prepared at our central kitchen in Georgetown on the morning of your delivery day.

Do you use processed foods or artificial ingredients?

No we do not. Our meals are made with ingredients that are 100% vegan, natural, free of the five pungent spices (Onions, Garlic, Scallions, Chives, Leeks) and do not contain MSG.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Our meals available come with a clear description of all ingredients. We unfortunately are not taking special requests at this time. 

What packaging do you use?

Our packaging is made from PLA Plastic and corn starch. It is waterproof, oil proof and is 100% compostable.

Can I store my food to eat later?

Our food and packaging can be stored in the refrigerator if you are not ready to eat. Our packaging is microwave-friendly (maximum 120 °C) for easy reheating!

My packaging was damaged/there were items missing from my delivery. What do I do?

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods only: Credit/Debit Card and bank-in from all major banks. Select your payment method on the payment page and upload proof of payment as stated on the form if banking in.

 

Other Questions

Do you have any meal sets for dinner?

We currently only have lunch sets. We are looking to roll out dinner plans in the future, stay tuned! 

Do you have a children’s lunch set?

We do not currently have a menu for children for this set lunch. However, our meals are open to all ages. When ordering, please be cautious about any allergies your child may have.
