- Allow food to be fully defrosted (2-3 hours in room temperature, can be up to 1 day in refrigerator)
- Steam in steamer or place in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

West Malaysia
Purchase above RM250 to enjoy FREE Delivery.
For orders below RM250, there will be a RM20 delivery charges for frozen food delivery, and RM 10 for dry goods delivery, unless it is a promotional combo.
East Malaysia (Dry goods only)
Purchase above RM350 to enjoy FREE Delivery.
For orders below RM350, there will be a RM40 delivery charges unless it is a promotional combo.
Shipping Arrangement
Orders placed before 2 PM MYT dispatch the day after tomorrow (two calendar days after ordering). Orders placed at or after 2 PM MYT dispatch one day later (three calendar days after ordering). This applies every day, including weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, delivery is on the same day in Selangor / Klang Valley, or the following day in other serviceable Malaysian states. Please note that there is no delivery on Sunday and during public holidays.
Storage Guide
During the Nine Emperor Festival, food foil pouches replace our usual foil bowls. Do not microwave the foil pouch; transfer food to a microwave-safe container first. Upon receiving, kindly store food in freezer immediately. It can be stored up to 12 months in the freezer. You may refer to product packaging on the expiry date.
